We have a couple hundred PCs and primarily use Citrix. The users log in locally to the PC and then login to Citrix through a web portal. They don't use the local desktop. Over the past could weeks we have seen a couple users where they turn there computer on and the resolution and quality are turned all the way down and when they login they get a temporary profile. If we try to change the resolution it does nothing. Also, you can log in as any account, even the local administrator and we experience the same issue. We ran malware scans and the computer comes up clean. The only thing that will fix it that we found is doing a repair install. The clients are XP machines (some with SP2 and some with SP3). Some computers recieve updates automatically and some don't. There is nothing in common with the cases we have seen.

Just wondering if anyone else has seen or experienced an issue like this or might have any insight on what may be causing it?
