Recently every time I book my laptop up it get's to the windows logo and then jumps to the following screen,
http://i258.photobuc.../1005000901.jpg
No matter what key I press it always counts down to 1 second and if I'm lucky, then proceeds to the log-in screen. But sometimes it does not and get's frozen on that screen and I have to power it down and try again. But even when it does get to the log-in page when I sign in I get sent to a temporary profile with the following message,
http://i258.photobuc.../1005000909.jpg
I then need to log out and then sign back in to finally get to my profile where everything runs as it should with no problems.

I have no idea why this is happening as I haven't been making any drastic changes from my machine or anything. If anyone has any ideas or has experienced this themselves I would greatly appreciate the help.

I am running Windows 7 64 bit.
