I have a Firewire port on my SoundBlaster Audigy card and now that I have Windows Vista it won't run at anywhere near the usual Firewire rate. It worked fine in XP but I see there has been considerable discussion and issues with Firewire in Vista. Is there a solution for this? For instance, are there Firewire PCI cards besides the SoundBlaster that are know to work correctly? Thanks to anyone who may be able to help.
