I built my computer a year and a half ago and it worked perfectly for a year. Suddenly it cut off while I was using it and it wouldn't start anymore. When I pressed on, the fan and lights and everything came on, but there was nothing on the screen. After ages of testing removing various components, I asked for and received a replacement motherboard. I rebuilt the whole machine with the new board and nothing has changed. I've tested it with just the CPU, one ram and graphics card (no onboard graphics) but no change. Anyone help?

Ok I solved it myself - the power supply was half dead.
