epsom printer and works

I have just set up my new epson printer and tried to print a works document .. I needed 5 copies but no matter how hard I try I cannot get it to print more than one copy.I have been able to print multiple copies from word. Epsom say it is probably a software problem and that I should copy to word and then print but that seems a bit complicated for me. Any ideas or should I send the printer back and get another one as I did not have any problems with my last printer. Help please

just as a random question. why are you using MS works if you have MS word?

epson (with an N) is correct though, if you CAN print multiple documents from other software packages (like multiple copies of a PDF or whatever) then it's not the printer's fault.
