Ever since I upgraded to IE8, whenever I open the browser or then open a new window, I get a popup that says "YSPService Yahoo Inc. User Account Control Help Stop Unauthorized Changes to Your Computer"

I've run full scans using MalwareBytes and Microsoft Security Essentials - and have found nothing.
