Im getting alot of these error messages

I only use firefox

My own personal opinion is - whenever trying to uninstall a Microsoft program, use Microsoft uninstaller.
This is of course Add/Remove programs in Control Panel.
However that is your decision.

Is this the reason:
Important You cannot uninstall Internet Explorer 8 if it is set as not removable. This occurs if you install Internet Explorer 8 before you install Service Pack 3 (SP3) for Windows XP. If this scenario applies to you, then you must uninstall SP3 before you can uninstall Internet Explorer 8.
