Need help with a Free Antivirus with Backup online!

Hi guys! a couple of weeks ago I desided to get better ptotection for my computer. I was having problems protecting my computer and all my Data!
I found an Antivirus called ZenOK that included the online Backup service

I downloaded ZenOK Online Backup it install it put I dont know how to use it ands if its a good one

If anyone knows more about it please let me know how tu use the Backup on this one
