Hi,

Recently when I go on my laptop files keep popping up saying my computer is infected and it is very dangerous. So I completed a virus scan found on the microsoft website called: Windows Live One Care Safety Scanner. I don't quite understand the results of the scan and I'm not sure what to do about it so any help would be greatly appreciated. The results are as follows:
