Bluescreen on startup and sometimes computer wont switch off

The PC is only 2 months old. It runs on Windows 7.

Sometimes a bluescreen comes up and mentions BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER . Generally the PC is not working the way it did when i bought it. Screen flickers intermittently and Windows IE 8 runs slowly. I have already had assistence on here in security forum and was advised seek assistance here as its an OS issue
