My connection is fine (wireless) it's just that the following URL: http://www.tvkosova.net/ doesn't work, it doesn't even need to load or anything all that happens is i click it and straight away without delay it says This web page is not available.

The web page at http://www.tvkosova.net/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

It isn't down. Because i have tried with Proxy + My other laptop connecting to same network and it works Fine..

I have tried the following:
Clearing DNS Cache
Typing the IP instead of URL
Using Google DNS
Clean Hosts File
CCleaner
Other Browsers
Firewall service is completely disabled, so it cant be that.
Resetting the Router
