Hey again guys, not a virus this time (I hope!) both my son and myself have the same Samsung phone and have been using the pc suite fine for a few weeks however, my son tried to load it this morning and got this message: CoCreateInstance Failed. Can anyone help, we have completely removed it and tried to download again, but get the same message, cheers guys x

Does anyone know what this CoCreate instance failed means? I have tried to work it out for myself but cannot seem to find any answers and I need to get it to work. thanks
