There's a yellow question mark beside 'Other Devices' and when I click on that there's also a yellow question mark beside 'Multimedia Audio Controller'.

It's not working, when I try to install the driver, it searches for a cd and obviously there is no cd, so the installation fails.

When it searches for the driver have it look at your desktop where you saved the driver.
If the file you downloaded is a setup or exe file you must click on it to initiate the install of the driver.

If the problem is the Dell Download Manager then try clicking on the Use Browser instead.

Hi,

I just tried the Dell site again and it's back up and running, but now when I try to download any of the drivers, they won't download? Can you please help me out?

Its simple.If you have the motherboard CD find there may be the diver software. If CD is not there you have to search google with your motherboard model no. Download it and install.
