Hi there, I seem to have picked up a virus which my avast picked up on and blocked however my desktop has now lost its windows XP theme and has changed to the classic view which I can't chnage back and when i google something the page redirects me to other search sites. I have read the tutorial on cleaning up but my computer won't let me get further than running an OTM scan and then freezing. Also i keep getting a message when i reboot that a windows service hasn't been detected which prevents other users logging on (or something like that)

Any help would be hugely appreciated.

Hayley
