I have a 2GB RAM, and when I turn my computer on it's already eating up 85% of my RAM. It's eating up my RAM even on idle mode.

What do I need to do? Please help me.

Look in Task Manager and see what is eating it up.

Check task manager to see what processes are using the most memory. If they're not essential to the OS or any programs or peripherals, end them.

Open task manager and on the performance tab, at the bottom, open up resource monitor. Click on the memory tab and see which process is using the most memory. Check the other tabs and see if the process is eating any other resources. Google the process also to find out exactly what it is and what it's for. It may be a virus.
