Tcpip.sys Blue Screen

I have recently been getting the BSOD with DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL at the top and then later it says tcpip.sys. I have Windows Vista 64-bit. I can't think of any major changes that I added besides a windows update and a few games.
