Hi there, hope you can help me out! Recently my pc has began slowing down and all programs stop responding after a period of time. I am not sure as to what is causing this problem.

I have ran anti virus checks and spyware checks too. But nothing seems to get rid of the problem

The wkfix.exe(s) that show up in your task manager are bad news. They are installed on your computer by the W32/Rbot family of worms.
