iTunes problem with network

I have been having a problem with iTunes. I downloaded the latest version 10.0.1 successfully, but when trying to download podcasts it does not recognize my computer as having iTunes.
Also, when trying to logon to the store, it says to make sure my network connection is secure.
I have added iTunes to my McAffee firewall and I have ran the diagnostic check and here are the results.

I know this doesnt answer your question.But maybe you can try a different version of I tunes found HERE. Good luck with you problem.

Can you temporarily disable your firewall and test the connection?

THank you all for your input! I ended up turning off the firewall and uninstalling iTunes and Quick Player, then downloading again! It worked!
