When I power the machine up all the fans come on(case,mb,vid card), dvd opens, etc but I can't get anything to show up on the monitor to begin loading windows. I've double checked all the connections and no dice. What type of problem does this sound like?

Here are the specs:

Asrock M3A770DE Motherboard
AMD Phenom II X3 710 2.6ghz
Kingston HyperX 2gb 1600mhz DDR3
Western Digital 1TB Caviar Green WD10EARS
Powercolor RADEON AX5770 1GBD5-PPG
LITE-ON 4X Bluray Reader SATA iHOS104-06
480W PS
