Hey everybody, my laptop has been acting a little crazy lately. Within the last week or two every time I wake it from standby I have to manually reconnect the wireless adapter. I have to tell it to do the trouble shooting thing and it does fix it every time, but there's got to be a way to fix this so that it will connect automaticlly when it wakes from standby. It just started this and it's getting old with having to reconnect manually every time. What should I check to fix this issue?

right click on "my computer" and choose manage, then go to device manager, locate the wireless card in the list and right click, choose properties, then go to the power management tab. any of those boxes checked? if so uncheck them

well I tried that but it didn't help. I unchecked everything you said but nothing changed.. I still have to run the trouble shooter to reset the wireless adapter after each wake from stand by. Any other idea's would be greatly appreciated.
