my pc had an error STOP: c000021a Fatal error system Status: 0xc0000005 (0x7c9106c30x0052e9dc) when i shut it down ..

Try F8 after first post screen ,keep tapping the key, as soon as the post screen appears, you should then be in advanced options.
Try Last Known Good Configuration.
If that does not work return to F8 and try Safe Mode, just Safe Mode not Sasfe Mode with networking.
Pls then post what occurs.
If it blue screens again with the STOP message
Do you have the XP CD.
Looking at your spec. I presume it is a branded make desktop.

Can you take the HDD out and slave it to another computer OR preferably put it in an enclosure and connect it USB.
This will allow you to recover all your personal data just in case.

i think my hdd is the one that has problem. i bought a new one 250gb , and got no errors now. I just formatted the old one ..

At least you got your data.
Here is your old drive it is as you will know a Seagate 80Gb Sata

Run this and it will test your drive.
Use Seatools for Dos. It will test it even although it is now empty
It may not have been the actual drive and if it is OK you can use it as a second drive or place it in an enclsoure and use it as an external.
