my computer has a black scren on it AND IT WONT REBOOT

Some of the people on here are near genius level, but as far as I know none are magicians.

On a serious note, firstly you have posted it in XP and your operating system is Vista.
However for this problem that will not make any difference.

Please tell us a little more.
Make and model if branded.
Do any leds show - on the computer - power normally green. HDD - normally red.
Keyboard - do num,ber lock and caps lock leds show.
If mouse is optical does that illuminate.
When you power on does any screen show.#
Can you here any fan running.
Pls provide all the info possible.

Someone MAY then stand a chance of helping.
