Hello I am Nini

This morning when i turned on my computer i got this following message

"Could not load or run 'C:\Users\JONNY\AppData\Local\Temp\dwm.exe' specified in the registry. Make sure files exsist on your computer or remove the reference to it in the registry"

After i tryed to go on my internet and it was not working either

Would someone please Help ME
