Wondered if there were any way of identifying an `unknown device` in device manager

I have uninstalled and tried updating driver.....nothing works
Havn`t a clue what it could be

Hi, double click the device in device manager & look in details. Get the VEN & DEV numbers & search at this link...

Looked in details but there is a large drop down list of options, can you tell me which one(s) to look in please

Also I tried unknown device identifier V7 and it said it was Microsoft but no more info available.
