Hi there,

I have Norton360 installed on my laptop computer, and after constant problems with the machine for the past 3 days, it's now telling me I have this Backdoor.Tidserv virus and it needs to be removed manually. The Symantec website does not give very specific instructions and doesnt even mention that this trojan affects Windows 7!

Being the complete opposite of a tech geek, I would reeeeally appreciate some help in removing this virus. I'm attaching some images of the driver errors I'm constantly getting at start up. And the touchpad isn't responding most of the time, so I've resorted to using an external mouse.

Thanks in advance!
