Hi again. umm i need to get a driver for my burner. i tried to get one from dell because my computer is a Dell Dimension 4100 but it said that it didn't have it or something. the driver i was trying to get was an SCSI drive. sorry if it's so vague

DELLS SUPPORT PAGE: DIMENSION 4100 / REMOVABLE STORAGE

You might need to take the covers of your pc to locate exactly which drive you have, but should find it listed on this page.

do you know what make the cd burner is? in your hardware setting it should tell you what make it is there may be a download for the driver on a other site
