Cant connect

Ok so I was fooling with my router, trying to make a static ip to portfoward, Im kinda new to it. Its a Linksys wrt54gs. Anyways, I messed something up and caused everyone in my house to lose internet. I went and reset the router, And Everyone got Internet and I assume everything reconfigured. Well thats not the case with my sisters laptop. She has vista and she can connect to our network but not the Internet like the rest of us. I tried restarting her computer, Repairing her connection, But it doesnt connect. It looks like its still got the old ip and stuff under that connection when i go in ipconfig. Shes got college work and is studying for a test and shes not happy that I cant get online on her computer. Someone please help me.
