Keep Gettng Trojan

I recently removed all Spyware(searchforfree.info) and have downloaded numerous Spyware guards et al. And done Cleanup and followed all guidelines from here. I have Ad-Aware se and AVG and keep them updated. I do not have a firewall.
In the past 10 days, I have received 4 times the Trojan 1BAOFA91.exe. Luckily AVG tells me immediately. Is there something on the computer that could be inviting this?
