the first one is on sale, but i was originally planning on buying the second one. So is there any real difference? They seem almost the same to me other than a few little things

I would go for the 2nd MB myself because of the main difference "the onboard video" in case of an emergency.
It may have fewer reviews than the 1st board but they seem more positive.
