Oh well can t enlarge my size weird.

Using vista hp 32bit and out the i get an error "System cannot respond" and the little cirlce thingy status bar that never stops spinning when something trys to load ! ?

Any suggestions on what that is and how to to fix that or stuff/logs i can post here to get it fixed - Thanks - hugs . . .
