USB ports + FingerPrint Sensor stop working

Hi,

a couple of days ago I got the BSOD saying something about USB Bug etc.

Since then whenever I start up my laptop everything will work fine but after 5 minutes to half an hour my USB port, 2 left and 1 right and my fingerprint sensor on top
of the laptop will stop working.

I have no idea if this is a hardware or software problem or where even to begin to try and fix this. Can anyone help me with this please?
