Hi Vonn Baclagan
Try the hotfix for your version of windows from here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/894391
Also if you are still using XP SP2 32 bit I recommend you install XP SP3 as support for XP SP2
was discontinued as of the 13th of July 2010 meaning you will not get any security updates or
other software fixes, XP SP3 download from here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/322389 only if you need it.

i have tried installing the hotfix but it says this: "the service pack of this system is newer than the update u are trying to apply. There is no need to instal this update."
And i am also using XP SP3

oh yeah it the error signature is this:
