Can not connect to network

Hello I have a Windows 7 Gateway computer im trying to get connected to the internet and it will not connect to a network. Kepps giving a error message I could connect one day then the next it will not let me. Please help is there something wrong with my wi fi connection or what.

Could you provide us with more information? What Gateway model is your computer? How is your home network set up? Is your modem connected to a router? Do you have other computers at home? If yes, how are they connected?
