Scared of Trojan

Hello, I keep getting a note that "sid 23621 http tidserv request detected" and worried that I may have a trojan.
I have tried to follow up through forums on what to do but not sure if it is the right advice for me.
I am running Windows XP and look forward to hearing from you soon
