hi,

pls try to bear with me, i know not much about computer & software.

Im about to reformat my HD bec it got infected by elitebar & some other trash. Now i want to setup norton Goback but i dont know how to use it.

1. how do i setup GoBack to have a save point at a freshly installed HD?

2. What should i do if i want to permanently update my security softwares (adware, spybot, spywareblaster) & save it to GoBack?

3. What steps should i do if im about to install a permanent software in my system?

4. If i removed/uninstall GoBack does it erased the savepoint?

5. SOmetimes im confuse w/ GoBack & Ghost whats the difference b/w these 2?

also pls advise me on how to use GoBack effeciently
