as soon as my computer starts i get a RUNDLL error message: "Error loading qvuo.sbo
the specific module could not be found."
What does this means what should I do?

Go Start, then search, type that "qvuo.sbo" in the search for files containing.
Include Hidden files and folders.
Search the main drive, usually C.
You may find it easier if you use search companion.

Post back as to where that is found pls.

What did you type in the search box pls - exactly

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post an OTListIt log in THAT forum.
