Ok, when I play the mmofps game called Sudden Attack, it always like 90+ in the CPU. I also meet the requirements for this game. I'm like lagging pretty bad. This hasn't happened before and this only happened about a month a ago. Help Please!

The Shaw Secure/F-Secure is my Anti-Virus. I also have Spybot-S&D.
Is there anything odd?
