Computer won't run

We have been trying to fix an NTDLR error, so we opened up the computer to check our cables and now we got nothing! only turns on from the switch on the back the front switch doesn't do anythin much help would be appreciated

Looks like you've caused a hardware problem now. Are there any bleeps from your computer when it's turned on? From a guess did you remove the heat sink of the CPU when you were checking your machine? What did you do to your computer when you opened it up?

To clarify, the power switch on the front of your case does not do anything. And the switch on the back is referring to the switch on the power supply. Correct?
For example, do you mean the back switch as in this photo: http://computermonge...ower_Supply.jpg ?
