can someone plz hlp me i play a game called runescape

i downloaded a file from my so called friend and i think i got keylogged because my accs pw keep getting hacked

now its not letting me load up the runescape pages on any browser

if yu guys have any ways of trying to fix it send me the link or write to me plzzz
