winmsg.exe @ startup?

Hi guys, I was refered here by a friend of mine after I mentioned a strange prompt I was getting on startup... I'm far from technically sound unfortunately and I've ran a file called 'winmsg.exe' that it prompted me to open (stupid, I know.. :tazz: )

Now, I've taken a couple steps. First of all downloaded and ran Spybot S&D, it did its thing and asked me to immunize. Secondly, I DL'd and ran Hyjack this.

Now as I mentioned, I dont know what I'm doing, heh. And I dont wana blow anything up, but I suspect I've gone and ran some bad juju with that .exe, so I'm reaching out to das experts here... You came highly recomended...

Essentially, I guess I'm asking if I've blown anything up already, or if theres any steps I should take to maybe delete any of this?

The whole thing started when I ran that executable that popped up randomly from a friend on MSN Messenger.
