Google Chrome and Mozilla Thunderbird both hang several times a day. Then Task Manager won't be able to End Task so I end up having to Shut down manually.
I use PC Tools Spyware Doctor with Antivirus. Just performed another Full Scan: no threats detected. No other antivirus software installed.
In fact Photoshop 7 becomes unresponsive as do all programs. But it's Chrome and Thunderbird that do it most often. It's because these latter two are used most often that I become aware of the issue.
Using Windows 7 Ultimate. x64-based PC.
Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
