I have a Spyware problem, please HELP ME!

Hi guys,

The problem I have is that when I'm on Mozilla firefox, my antivirus program NOD32 shows a "Address has been blocked" alert and then a new firefox
window pops up and there's heaps of tabs.

The address that was blocked is "swltcho81.com"

I have attached my OTL logs.

Someone please help me!!!
