Computer running slow

I am having problems with my computer, I think it started when they shut down limewire and we installed Imesh. I really dont have a clue whats going on with it. I just know since then it has been acting really weird. I cant hit Control Alt Delete and start task manager and open the processes tab and try to shut down Utorrent and it wont do anything.

I cant even close some processes in windows task manager now. Please help someone, I have no idea what to do. I HATE WINDOWS 7

What would The file C:\Users\Rusty\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent\settings.dat was damaged\missing.It has been recovered. What does that mean I can NOT get this program to work I have deleted it everywhere from my computer and redownloaded and reinstalled it to no avail can I get this program to work.
