Help with hijackthis log

My notebook is getting slowly day by day. When I start the windows, taskmanager displays many process and svchost.exe`s.

A friend of mine tried to help and run Trend Micro HijackThis and said that here would have someone that could help me with this. I want to know if there`s some virus or any type of infection that is causing all this. Thanks for any help!
