Lately after I use my PC for a while, it begins to freeze in random intervals and then it freezes altogether. It seems to only freeze after being on for about 12 hours or so. Another thing I've noticed has been that document files will stop responding randomly and I have to close them through task manager and the toolbar at the bottom disappears for a second or two whenever I close them. I've got Avast running and I've done multiple scans. It isn't picking up any viruses or malware. I've done disc checks on both of my hard drives and both of them have passed them. I've used Tune Up Utilities 2008 to clean my registry of any errors though that didn't seem to do the trick either. Finally I created a memcheck disc to test my ram and everything has been passed there too. I hope someone can help me with this problem. I'll list my specs below if it helps at all:
