i explorer virus, blue screen the works

Hi Geeks to Go,
i appear to have picked up a nasty virus from somewhere and it is really disrupting my system, i ran avg full scan, malware bytes full scan and spybot s&d but the problem still persists. It got worse today because my computer will bluescreen after reboot. I am currently using a laptop as it seems pretty much unusable, however i can boot in safe mode. Please help
