need help with vodafone dongol

hi all am new here love the site btw

i have a vodafone payandgo dongol it keeps cutting out and Reconnecting and some times i get this microsoft visual c runtime library c:\program files\vodafone\vmc lite\phoneconnectorvmc.exe abnormal program termination what doess this mean? could this be whats cutting me off all the time? thanks

Hi, Yes ,and apologies for the delay in responding. If you are still having difficulties with the WiFi then:
1 It might be best to unistall the Vodaphone dongle software,
2 then reboot your computer (wait 30 seconds with a blank black screen)
3 then restart it.
4 Wait 5 minutes (by the clock)
5 Next reinstall the Vodaphone software, plug in the dongle when instructed to by the on screen directions (not before)
See if this does the trick
