I have a networked 4200N printer being used by 40+ people all printing letters & multiple documents. Unfortunately, it will print part of one letter or set of documents from one user, then part or maybe all from someone else, then the rest of the 1st persons....is there a way of setting the printer so that it prints complete users/jobs?

is the printer shared from a print server or does everyone connect to it directly from their computer across the network?

if it's shared froma print server or central location then do this on that machine, if not, do it at each machine that's connected to the printer.

click start, settings, printers and faxes. right click on the 4200N and choose properties, then go to the advanced tab. make sure that the bubble for "spool print documents" is selected, and select "start printing after last page is spooled". might also try "hold mismatched documents" but try the other one first
