I have been trying to upgrade my Acer Aspire 5741 from the Windows 7 home, 64 bit to Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit. I have no problem in loading the program, however, the drivers for the ethernet and network card cannot be found, although they are listed in the Device Manager. I have tried to Update Driver, and the message comes back "cannot find driver". What can I do to fix this problem? Thanks.

Go to Acer's website and get the drivers from there.
