Can you please answer these questions regarding excel?
I use Excel 97. I created a macro using VB editor in excel and ran it. I closed and opened the file. At the start I got the enable macro or disable macro message. I chose 'disable macro'. Went in and deleted it from Tools->Macro menu. But I keep getting the enable/disable macro message every time I open the file. I went in and looked at the list of macros and my macro isnt there ( in 'All open workbooks' setting). Please tell me how to get rid of this message!!
Another thing is that, I received an excel file with 2 passwords set. One for opening it and another for 'write access' I think. I entered both passswords, went inside the file and tried to remove the passwords. But when I went to Tools->Protection menu, then options said protect sheets and other stuff instead of the 'unprotect' that I was looking for.... Please help!!!!!!!!! Please help me remove the passwords once and for all. Thank you.
